Are you the only photographer?
Yes, Ashley normally works alone. Secondary photographers is available upon request. But occasionally a assistant might follow to help her out.

What kind of equipment do you use?
Ashley shoots with only professional Canon equipments. Ashley will make sure that she has sufficient backup equipments and memory cards to handle any situations.

What is required to make a booking with you?
To book your wedding date, signing of a agreement with her will be required. Bookings are accepted on a first come/first serve basis and dates will not be held without the deposit and the signed agreement. The balance will be made on the  delivery of the final products itself.

Is it alright if our family and friends would like to take pictures with their cameras?
Yes of course! Just as long as they do not block Ashley’s way, please feel free to snap away… It is a joy to share the moments of the couples with anyone who wants to keep all this beautiful memories!

Do you do posed group or table shots?
Yes. Ashley knows that such images are important keepsakes for guests and family members of the wedding. However, clients must be aware that if Ashley is involved in table to table shots, she wouldn’t be able to document other candids moments.

How many images are usually provided in the package?
Most weddings have at least 400-800 image that are delivered in High Res JPG format. The number of images delivered depends on the type of event, location of the event, hours of coverage and number of guests. Ashirley Photo retains the copyright to the images and the right to use them for advertising, trade, educational materials and/or for any other commercial purposes.

Are your photos edited?
Ashley does basic editing to every single images before it is returned to the client. Images selected for album layout will go through another round of editing.

What’s in your standard actual day package?
Ashley provides 10 hrs of services with all good images returned. 4R prints outs and flushmount/coffeetable albums available upon request or you may take a look at the rates for more information. (It is just right under the My Rates tab.) or email us for a more detailed quote!

When can I expect to get back my photos/albums?
Normally it takes 3 to 6 weeks for Ashley to deliver the deliverables.

Can I see a sample of your flush mount album?
Yes you can. For you own flush mount or photobook, A link will be send to you for final approval before printing.
